This place was not clean. The breakfast was very gross. The staff were very nice. The info for the shuttle could have been sent when doing check-in the day before.

Free breakfast, snack stand available if you need to purchase a small bite, cute little bar, free cold/hot water, tea and coffee on the daily self served by the front desk. Great shuttle that comes every 30 minutes and brings you right to your terminal at JFK. Clean, comfy bedrooms and pet friendly! No loud noises around. Respectful kind staff. Fantastic hotel, would stay again!

The shuttle was super fast to pick us up, and it's a short ride to the hotel. It's a perfect location for one night for people flying in or out of JFK. The staff was kind and helpful.

Shuttle to and from airport is a great service for weary traveller's. Including breakfast in the price is also a good initiative so one less thing to plan into your day and your budget. It is a very good breakfast. Thankyou.

The free shuttle to the airport and the Federal Circle was useful. The included breakfast was pretty good. The room was a good size. The area around the hotel was quiet and felt like a safe pleasant neighbourhood.
